Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds are issued only before the 7 days grace period from receiving the wigs. Refunds will not be issued after 7 days on our wigs. 

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your wig, please notify us.

We will not accept any returns or exchanges if the wig has been worn or if the lace has been cut by the customer.

We must receive the wig before any exchanges or refunds are made.

Due to the nature of custom wig orders, refunds are unfortunately not available. This policy is non-negotiable.

Products will not be accepted for returns or exchanges if there is any evidence of it being worn or tainted for example, dyed, lace cut or tinted or styled in any way or if any hair products have been applied. If any of the above terms and conditions have not been met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

We recommend inspecting the unit thoroughly before trying it on if you have any doubt inform us.

In the case you have provided the wrong measurements for a wig, cost of repair/replacement will be liable to the buyer including shipping and handling costs.

Wigs must be received before an exchange or refund can be granted.
