Shipping Policy

 

Standard processing and delivery from date of payment is 10 business days NOT including weekends.

If you would like your unit before the 10 business days, please note there will be an express fee.

 

If you have paid using CLEARPAY please allow an additional 10 working days as this is clear pays timeframe!

Deliveries are carried out Monday – Saturday and excludes Sundays and UK Public holidays.

Standard shipping is £10.

Please be advised that, due to a high volume of orders, the processing and delivery timeframe for all sales will be 20–30 working days. 

International Shipping

Shipping to countries outside the UK including processing times are 10 working days from the day payment is made. 

We are not responsible for any custom charges that may be incurred as these policies vary from country to country.

Please allow this time frame before emailing about the whereabouts of your order. We aim to have your  wig delivered within this time, but if for any reason there is a delay with your order, you will be informed.
